A Public Trust for Development
The Blackwell Industrial Authority (BIA) is a Public Trust of the State of Oklahoma for the benefit of the City of Blackwell. We own and operate commercial buildings and real estate in and around the Blackwell Industrial Park.
The BIA currently owns eight commercial buildings from 3000 to 40,000 square feet along with over 200 acres of development land with available utilities. Parcels are available from 5 acres and up. Availability of buildings change from time to time. Please contact us for availability of buildings or land.
Trustees meet monthly in a public meeting on the 3rd Wednesday of each month at 8 AM at the Blackwell Chamber of Commerce Conference Room, 120 South Main Street, Blackwell, OK 74631. Special meetings may be called with a minimum advance posting of 48 hours.
Assistance to Businesses
BIA assists local manufacturing and service businesses in expansion or new business ventures through physical locations, new construction, financing arrangements, job training programs and other incentives offered by BIA and coordinates with the Oklahoma Department of Commerce.
