Jeff Seymour reported that the EDA grant for a rail trans-load facility and 10,000 s.f. warehouse building has been resubmitted. It will be known in about a month or two if the BIA grant is still in the running for grant funds for this project.
Mike Loftis made a motion to approve the Kay Electric 30-foot easement right of way to the Helena property on the west side of 13th St. Greg Sandy seconded the motion. Motion carried. Voting for: Grossardt, Jeffers, Loftis and Sandy. Voting against: None.
Mike Jeffers made a motion to approve the Malibu Trucking lease extension . Mike Loftis seconded the motion. Motion carried. Voting for: Grossardt, Jeffers, Loftis and Sandy. Voting against: None.
Mike Jeffers made a motion to approve the bid of Terry Construction to construct an office on the southeast side of Malibu Trucking in the amount of $10,980.00. Greg Sandy seconded the motion. Motion carried. Voting for: Grossardt, Jeffers, Loftis and Sandy. Voting against: None.
Mike Jeffers made a motion to approve a quit-claim deed, which would clear up the title for property purchased by H&H Construction and currently owned by JMJ Services in the Blackwell Industrial Park. Greg Sandy seconded the motion. Motion carried. Voting for: Grossardt, Jeffers, Loftis and Sandy. Voting against: None.
Mike Jeffers made a motion to approve the BIA meeting dates for 2012. Mike Loftis seconded the motion. Motion carried. Voting for: Grossardt, Jeffers, Loftis and Sandy. Voting against: None.

Kris Maple talked briefly about an auction building and RV park that he would like to build on the Blackwell Industrial Park Phase III property.
